MCG’s rapidly expanding role in the North American energy software industry is furthered by the Versify acquisition, which is MCG’s fourth major acquisition since 2017. This change is marked by the addition of “an MCG company” to the Versify as logo displayed at the top of the page.
MCG is a 24-year old software company specializing in operating and financial systems for wholesale energy markets. Versify is a leading developer of advanced data analytics and workflow software for outage management, operator logging, and compliance that improve operational and financial performance of generation and transmission assets. The integration of MCG’s Energy Software Suite with Versify’s platform will enable MCG to provide our customers enhanced outage management, workflow, and logging with the latest data analytics within their existing MCG systems.
