Fairmount Partners Advises ALL Holding Company in their Acquisition by Renovo Capital

Dallas, TX – July 12, 2016 Renovo Capital, LLC, a private equity fund with offices in Dallas and Denver, has completed a strategic investment in ALL Holding Company, LLC, a leading producer of fresh and processed pork and turkey products. This investment is an extension of Renovo’s efforts to team with seasoned operators in the food manufacturing industry.

Renovo’s investment, in partnership with Jim Van Stone (CEO) and other key members of the management team, was used to purchase the shares of the prior investment group and to provide growth capital for strategic initiatives.

Jim Van Stone commented “We are pleased to achieve this milestone for the prior shareholders of ALL Holding Company. We welcome Renovo as our new partner as we continue to build upon ALL Holding’s long-established culture of providing our customers the highest quality product offerings.”

ALL Holding’s adherence to the industry’s most stringent processing and safety standards continues to allow for the organic growth of both product lines and geographic markets.

Benefited by its close relationships with local family farms which supply antibiotic-free and conventional hogs, ALL Holding is poised to meet growing consumer demand for healthier meat products while simultaneously improving animal welfare standards thru vegetarian diet and stress-free, humane living conditions.

Fairmount Partners advised the shareholders of ALL Holding Company on the transaction.   Andy Greenberg, Managing Director at Fairmount Partners, remarked, “This transaction is a recognition of the signature value in these brands and a vote of confidence in Jim Van Stone and his management team, who will continue to operate the company.”
