Bellevue, WA and Cedar Knolls, NJ – June 13, 2014 – Artech Information Systems, LLC (“Artech”) announced today the acquisition of Vega Consulting, LLC (“Vega”), a Bellevue, WA based marketing and business strategy consulting services firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
